I came by to see whether it was worth staying. I didn’t see the rooms, and I don’t know how good the food is, but there wasn’t much choice on the menu. The price seemed acceptable. There are two spa options, though the rooms are so small that three people inside would be a crowd 🤔. The pool was cold. There are two well-equipped kids’ rooms. I’d recommend it for spring or summer, but I’d skip it in winter.

The hotel is exceptionally family-friendly, with two great kids’ play areas, warm pools for children, and lots of thoughtful details for families. It’s just five minutes from the Bansko ski resort. We stayed with our family and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Rooms this roomy seem rare these days.

The food was super delicious and traditional, and the cook is great. It’s a great place for kids too, with an excellent pool that’s convenient for little ones. Strongly recommend 👌 👍 👏

We had a flight delay, but they still arranged an airport pickup taxi without any problem. I’d also booked a ticket for the wrong departure date, and Kila changed it to the correct date for free. They were very friendly and helpful. Nothing but a good experience with them.
