Hotel Pacific Palma

The location worked well for us, with the beach about 10 minutes away and the bus stop just 2 minutes away. The room in the main building looked okay, though the replacement towels they brought were dirty, and we spotted spiders on the ceiling. In the second building, the rooms are old and dirty, and definitely don't feel like three-star rooms. The food was poor, and the all-inclusive drinks were awful. It only covered low-quality alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, not everything. They refilled our cups instead of giving us a bottle. At 15:30 they served a “snack”; I'll leave a photo. Only one staff member spoke English. The others could barely speak it, which made it hard to get extra explanations.

The food was lovely, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. I'd happily go back. Thank you 🙏

We ended up getting the room we had paid for, but only after a pretty rough start. We'd booked four nights in a hotel room for four people. When we arrived, they said they'd “upgrade” us to an apartment in another building. We agreed without knowing what it would be like, then found an old, dirty room that smelled bad and had lots of bugs. The hotel was overbooked, so our original room wasn't available. It also wasn't true that the apartment was the same as a hotel room, despite what the receptionist told us. They offered either a refund or a free night. Finding another place at that point was impossible for us, so we took the free night. Our birthday was kind of ruined, and after I mentioned it, they gave us a cake the next day when they moved us into the room we'd paid for. They tried this “upgrade” with several groups, so be aware. The food was average, though there was something to eat, and the pool was okay. If you stay in the hotel itself, it's what you pay for. I gave three stars because they did partly make things fair in the end, but watch out for this scam.

For a three-star hotel, it was very good, and I'd gladly return. It's right in the heart of Sunny beach, with parking, a pool, spacious clean rooms, and very polite staff ready to help with requests. Reception is open 24/7, and pets are welcome. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn't much variety, probably because we visited in late September.
