The location, right in the center, was good, and the two cats and a dog wandering around inside were nice. Sometimes there was fur in the food, though. Everything else made this a total circus. The price hurt, the place was dirty, and the staff were unprofessional, unprepared, and arrogant. They still asked us for a review at the end, preferably a good one. We booked an apartment for two couples and a separate room by calling directly instead of using Booking. When we asked how much deposit to send, the answer was basically, “uhh… I dunno, just calculate like 10% yourself.” We waited two days for the bank details, then heard nothing. No confirmation, text, or email. When we arrived, nobody asked for IDs or who we were, they just let us in like long-lost cousins. The first rooms were a double room with no door between the beds and another where water dripped from the bathroom light fixture. They moved us to a maid’s room with no balcony, just a door to a junkyard full of oil bottles and cans. The bed blocked it, so it couldn’t be opened. It was pitch dark, an absolute cave, and we paid full price. The spa was awful. The jacuzzi and pool were filthy, and the pool was freezing. The sauna was surprisingly okay, but the steam room tiles were dirty and the neglected salt room had a window smeared with some mysterious white substance. Outside, the trash cans were overflowing and the ashtrays were full of cigarette butts. Two cushioned benches smelled like a wet basement. Breakfast, which later turned out to cost an extra 5 whatever per person even though it was supposedly included, was the same each day. The cups had lipstick on them, the plates were scratched, and they tried to charge us again. Checkout was another mess. The woman who checked us in tangled up the math and said we owed another €50, exactly the deposit amount. We got out calculators and checked it several times, even on another phone in case she blamed the calculator. She kept making snarky comments, including, “Can you guys seriously not do math?” She called someone about 300 times, got annoyed, and didn’t look at us again until the next day. Housekeeping came in and “made the bed,” which had only a blanket and sheet, no proper cover. They ignored the towels on the floor and hung them up again even though they were clearly used. After that visit, one of my personal items disappeared. It wasn’t important, but it was mine, and it was gone. They treated other guests the same way. A guy asked in English whether his room had a balcony, and she snapped at him to go see it before asking questions. He looked stunned. As for their response to my review, it says it all. The pool and jacuzzi were extremely dirty, with hair floating freely. I regret not taking pictures.

We were a group of 22 friends and rented several rooms. The host, cleanliness, facilities, and ultra-central location all get a perfect 10. Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was good, and the spa was lovely. Such a helpful, welcoming family. Thank you from your German guests!

The location was great, the room stayed warm, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was limited but decent, though the coffee was bad. The bathroom was the worst I've encountered in any accommodation. There was no tub or shower, just a floor drain, so it flooded whenever we bathed and stayed slippery for hours. There was no hairdryer either, despite it being listed among the facilities. Bathing here was not pleasant at all. Our double room was far too small for two. The so-called queen bed was two single beds side by side under one mattress, which sat almost on the floor and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The advertised wellness and recreation area also disappointed: the hot tub water was dirty and the pool was quite cold.
