The teenager had their own spot in the mezzanine, which worked perfectly and felt like having a room of their own. We shared a room between two adults and a teenager for a lovely weekend. The staff were all wonderful and went above and beyond, and I can't fault them. Having a shuttle to and from the Gondola was great. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was good, but this place seems better suited to younger guests who don't mind noise at night. The bathroom is tiny, and a shower leaves the whole floor soaked. The sofa is uncomfortable to sleep on, so I wouldn't use it as a bed. The “helpful” bus driver even offered a massage.

We were really happy with our choice and would book again when we return to Bansko. Everything was within walking distance, so we could leave the car in the free parking area. The hotel and room were spotless, cozy, and well kept, with a very comfortable bed and friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find an espresso machine with capsules in the room. Breakfast offered plenty of options, all tasty and well cooked. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We'd happily recommend Velinov Boutique hotel. It was reasonably priced, with clean rooms and a very good buffet breakfast. Gondolo is about a 15-minute walk away.

We've stayed here twice and liked the price. The location works well, there's private parking for a few cars, and breakfast is good.
