Winslow Infinity and Spa Alexander Services Apartments

The indoor pool was large and warm, and there are nice areas for children both inside and out. The hotel stays warm and is exceptionally clean. Our rooms were spacious and cozy, more like small apartments, with plenty of room to relax. It’s about a 350-meter walk to the ski center. Breakfast and dinner were both tasty with a good selection. Staff were lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The lobby bar had a good range of hot and cold drinks, the Wi-Fi was free and very fast, and there’s a big park with green space for walks and relaxing. A comfortable, family-friendly place close to the ski center. We’d come back.

The rooms and apartments are spacious and really good quality. It’s a lovely complex made up of several buildings, with a beautiful garden in the middle. Reception was quick and helpful.

We spent seven nights here with my two children. It’s in a convenient spot, about a five-minute walk to shops, places to eat, bars and the gondola. The staff were friendly, especially the bar guy, who was brilliant with my daughter and her kids’ cocktails. The pool was nice and warm. The food was a letdown and always so cold that I felt sick, so we had to spend extra eating out. And although the hotel says the rooms are soundproof, they weren’t. We were woken at 6 every morning by shouting and banging from next door and upstairs.

We had an excellent, very clean two-bedroom apartment, and the whole hotel was kept clean all week. The pool and saunas were free to use. The location is decent, around an eight-minute walk to the gondola, or you can take the shuttle. It’s a small nine-seat bus that fills quickly in the morning, though less so in the afternoon. There’s a supermarket four minutes away. We were there as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. Food was probably the main drawback. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was cold and needed heating in the microwave, and there wasn’t much choice. Overall, the location worked well.
