Hotel Bozhenci

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony, sofa and easy chair, and the hotel itself was clean. The shower floor got extremely slippery when wet. We told reception, and they arranged a large bathmat, which helped. The restaurant didn’t offer much variety and the food quality varied. Maybe that was because we were there out of season, when the hotel was almost deserted.

A warm welcome from the hotel staff, great service and great food. The swimming pool is lovely. I recommend it!

The reception lady wouldn’t let us in to meet our family friends at the pool for a couple of hours. She said the hotel already had enough visitors and only wanted to let its guests in. Our friends were there, and there were no more than ten people at the pool. The parking lot didn’t look that full either. We offered to pay and have lunch at the restaurant, but apparently they didn’t want to make money. This was the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced in my own town, and I’ll never come back. I’ll make sure to tell as many people as possible what happened.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and has good facilities, including a buffet breakfast. I’d stay again, but the restaurant and bar staff need to care more about customer service. Most were on their phones, and one woman was particularly rude. One young man was the exception.
