Aqua Hotel

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and I really enjoyed it. I also tried the heated indoor pool once and had a pleasant time. The rooms were clean and cozy, the beds comfy, and the staff friendly. There’s an elevator, which helps with lots of luggage. It’s not especially close to the beach, but there’s a bus stop right outside, and a nice park within walking distance that eventually takes you to the ocean.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had enough variety. It’s a 15-minute walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the beach. Very good value for the price.

Parking is limited, but EV charging is available. It’s a very good medium-sized hotel, about a 30-minute walk from Burgas center. The service is very good, and the pool and spa facilities are lovely.

The location is good, around a 20-25 minute walk from the sights, but the stay had a lot of problems. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work in our rooms. Reception had a working “conference room” password, but we had to go down and ask for it. If the usual network doesn’t work, they should leave the working password and instructions in the room. The reception staff checking us in ignored us until someone prompted them to help. The administrator and evening shift were nice, but the people handling check-in seemed either new and unsure what to do, or were just ignoring guests. On the seventh floor, the AC didn’t work. After we went to reception three times, we were told it doesn’t reach that floor. One room was 25-26 in the “colder” room, and the other was a few degrees warmer. If they can’t provide AC there in summer, they shouldn’t sell rooms on that floor. You’ll sweat buckets, as if you’d booked a spa. The bathroom needs a cheap shower curtain. There’s already a pipe to hang one from, and it would stop water getting everywhere. The kettle smelled odd, and after boiling water for tea, it tasted and smelled strange. People said breakfast was boring, but I thought it was okay, just very cold. Even the fried eggs were cold and dry.
