Hotel Prestige

I've stayed in Burgas, Bulgaria many times a year, and this was my first time at hotel Prestige. The receptionists were very helpful and did a wonderful job. The area is nice, with the Sea Garden and City Center close by, and the room was spacious. It's one of the better places for the price, so I'll book again soon. There are some downsides: the kitchen is closed, breakfast isn't standard, and the price doesn't match what's offered. The rooms haven't been maintained in years. The sealant joints still haven't been replaced, and the fan was dirty even after being shut for several weeks. Rooms also don't get cleaned daily. Still, it's a nice place to stay, with friendly staff. Breakfast is good by normal standards.

Breakfast was included, and it was tasty and nicely presented. The room was tidy and well maintained, and the staff were great. I'm very happy with the hotel, it was a lovely place to stay and a great price. Thanks a lot.

The room price is very good, and breakfast is included, though I never tried the food and it looked fine. There's an AC in each room. My single room was clean, but it clearly hadn't been renovated in a long time. The bathroom fittings were corroded, and the furniture and bedsheets looked very old. Maybe that has something to do with the strong chemicals used for disinfection, since I could smell bleach after the rooms had been cleaned. If you just need a cheap place to sleep with a bathroom and AC, I can recommend it. What you get for the room price is good.

I’ve been living here for four months (!) and I’ll definitely miss my “family” when I move. Hotel Prestige really earns its name as a family hotel: the rooms are comfortably furnished, each with a little balcony, and the place is very quiet. The owners and staff are lovely Bulgarians.
