The bathroom, toilet and kitchen were clean and hygienic, and the rest was okay too. But there was dirt that looked like it had been there all summer, including on the microwave and a light. Improvements should be easy enough to make. We managed to sort out the apartment arrangement even though I’d booked the wrong one. Check carefully on Booking whether you’re choosing a studio or an apartment, and which one costs what. And don’t drink tap water anywhere in BG unless you’re Bulgarian and grew up there!

The location was one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it was superb. We stayed for a week in March in a one-room apartment with a separate bathroom, and they supplied a cot for our little one. The shower was lovely, the balcony was nice, and there were the usual city views as well as a view towards the sea gardens. The coffee machine was well stocked, and the coffee was the best. Our host was pleasant, helpful and perfectly respectable. A couple of maintenance issues came up during our stay, which took away a little from it, but we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Diana was a lovely hostess, kind and helpful from the moment we arrived through to our departure. Before our trip, she had already given us sincere, honest information about the area, the room and local life. We stayed three people in the Studio section for two nights, 5-7 September 2025, and left feeling we’d found a precious friend and a beautiful home in Burgas, Bulgaria. I’m so glad God somehow led me to choose you. Meeting wonderful people matters so much. There’s a reliable open-air parking lot at reasonable prices about a four-minute walk away. Carrefour and Happy Restaurant are nearby, and the map makes it clear how close the park is. Wishing everyone a pleasant holiday and stay. Sincerely,
