The person running the place really made our stay. We called him several times and he was always there to help, with such warm hospitality that we felt looked after. The spa was peaceful and a great way to recharge, and the restaurant was amazing too. We had the whole place to ourselves, so we were allowed to use the professional kitchen and bring our pets. The rooms were clean and cared for, and the décor and furnishings showed real attention to detail. We stayed at Hotel Complex Veykata for New Year's Eve, and the photos don't capture how beautiful it is or all it offers. It went beyond what I expected.

We picked this stop on the way back from Greece mainly so the kids could spend the day playing in the pool, and it worked well for our two nights. The room felt new, with plenty of space, and was clean. Everyone on staff was friendly, polite, and kind. The food was familiar, typical cuisine, but tasty. A couple of little issues were easy to overlook: there weren't any glasses in the room, and the bathroom water drained slowly. The shower pressure was great, and showering as the sun set was lovely.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast and sandwiches. We came for the swimming pool and children's pool, and both the room and pool were clean. The room was spacious, and the welcome and service were friendly. A lovely spot in the area to stay and unwind.

The village itself felt friendly and lovely, and there are beautiful places to see nearby. Food and drinks were good, with everything locally farmed in the surrounding villages. The staff were so welcoming, the facilities were amazing, and the mini market was very well stocked. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The restaurant downstairs served very good food, and the staff were helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
