Cockroaches everywhere, and the place was dirty. That’s a serious hygiene and health issue. 👎👎👎👎 I booked a room, but the hotel wouldn’t move me to a clean one or refund me. Booking.com also refused to reimburse the full amount. The photos and details shown here and on Booking.com are false. Booking.com is irresponsible and won’t resolve problems. I say boycott it. 🤦🏻♀️👎

The hotel is in a perfect, central spot. The cleaning service wasn’t very good, though. If you need your room cleaned, you have to call every time. They don’t come by on their own.

There were cockroaches, dust, and noise, and everything was self-service with remote controllers. If you want to feel scammed and take pests home, go ahead.

When we arrived to check in, they told us there was no hot water, and they didn’t refund our money. How are you supposed to stay in a hotel without hot water? The reception smelled damp, too. The place was unfriendly and dirty. Avoid it. Spend a few quid more and stay somewhere decent. Read the other reviews before you even think of booking. Expedia and the other booking system should take it off their listings.

Please avoid this place. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were exposed wires and loose plug sockets, the heating didn’t work, and the shower didn’t even have a drain.
