Paradise Chernomorets

We were glad to come back and find the same lovely people and warm welcome. It's a peaceful, clean spot with a beautiful pool, shady areas, and lots of exotic trees. We'd gladly return again.

The hosts are very kind and the place has a family feel. There's self-service drinks available all the time. They don't serve meals, but you don't really need that since restaurants are nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean, and nicely decorated. It's also close to the beach and center. We loved our stay and will go back.

We left after a week with very mixed feelings. The garden is beautiful, but that's about where the positives end. There are quite a lot of rules, and new ones seem to be made up as they go. When we checked in, for example, the owner told us, "always turn off the air conditioner when you go out, because it's so hot outside it will burn you up". Our towels weren't changed once, and in our room cleaning meant little more than replacing the trash bag. The bathroom drain was always clogged, the shower was broken and sprayed everywhere, and from 4 to 7 pm there was no water pressure at all. The hotel says it has internet, and it does, but only by the pool, where the signal is weak. We also found the owner's attitude toward children, whom he calls "diapers", disgusting. We don't recommend this hotel.

Everything felt tidy and thoughtfully arranged, with rules to keep order in the rooms and hotel. It's clean and quiet, and close to the center and both beaches. I'll definitely visit again.
