The location made it easy to get to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, and we had a great holiday with lots of lovely people. We went in the very last week of the season, but the staff were still friendly and helpful throughout. There was plenty to do during the day, from the playpark and kids club to the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and separate aquapark. The hotel itself was clean and lovely. Our spacious room was cleaned daily, the towels were changed, and the minibar was restocked each day. Food and drink were among the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive. There was a good range, with waffles, pancakes and eggs in the morning, carved meat in the evening and quick snacks when we wanted them. Desserts in the restaurant were great, and there was also a daytime stall for coffee, cake and ice cream. The cocktails impressed us and the wine was good too. My Lillie girl loved the minidisvo. It seemed more aimed at Europeans than British guests, which made sense since there were only a few of us there, and the singers were good as well.

The beach was a short walk away and kept in good condition, and the animation team brought loads of energy to the daytime activities and evening shows without being pushy. Thanks Bassem and Niki, Simo, Cloe. This was our second stay at Grifid Bolero, this time for a week, and we felt welcome from start to finish. Everyone was really nice. The room was super clean, with housekeeping doing a great job each day. We were surprised by how much choice there was at meals, and the food tasted fresh and delicious. Drinks were great too, and the bartenders were friendly and quick. We’d happily come back.

The food had a big selection and the hotel was very clean. Most of the staff were really friendly, but the woman at the lunchtime snack bar where they serve ice cream was very, very unfriendly.

The food was great and the people were great too, but this was meant to be a child-friendly hotel. If your child still uses a stroller, you can’t get around to anything because there are stairs everywhere and no stroller access. Really annoying!
