City Park INN- Делукс студио Toscana

There’s parking and a children’s park out front, and otherwise everything was good. The rooms had nice furniture and were clean, though one bathroom smelled. Breakfast isn’t included.

The staff are what make this place stand out. Everyone at reception is professional, very polite, and makes an effort to make you feel valued. The blonde lady working there deserves 10/10, hands down. I stay here often for business. It’s a peaceful area and quiet at night, with restaurants on the ground floor. There are usually free parking spots around the building, while the hotel’s underground garage is clean, safe, and really nice, but costs extra per day. There’s a mall nearby with all sorts of shops, services, a food court, cinema, and electronics, including the city’s only eMAG showroom. Kaufland and Lidl are close too. The rooms are modern and very clean.

I asked reception where I could park for free and was told it was okay to leave the car beside the building. A couple of hours later I found a fine on it. It looked like I was ticketed because I was a foreigner, since none of the cars with BG plates had one. Reception didn’t seem to know where free parking was.

The area around the hotel is new and well lit, and there are public parking spaces, though check the signs carefully. The apartments are cozy, modern, and comfortable.
