The massage was really nice and relaxing, and got deep into all the sore muscles. The manager was super helpful and did everything possible to help me organize our stay the best way. I'd recommend it.

The outdoor pool was clean and inviting, though closing around 18:30 felt early in the hot weather. I was impressed by my leisurely stay at Landmark Creek Hotel & Wellness in Plovdiv. Its spot by the city’s Rowing Channel gives you quiet water and hill views, and works well for Hills of Rock or outdoor adventures. The staff were warm, professional, and helpful from arrival through the stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast was a highlight too, a varied, high quality buffet with pleasant outdoor seating overlooking the creek. There’s a full set of facilities, including spa and wellness treatments, a fitness centre, free parking, and optional bike rentals for exploring the canal park. This boutique 4-star hotel is a relaxing retreat for leisure travellers who want modern amenities, natural surroundings, and great service.

I think Landmark may be the best hotel in Plovdiv, or at least one of them. The rooms are big and clean, with a really nice view, and room service is available and pretty quick. If you're staying here, I highly recommend visiting the spa zone. You'll thank me later!

We enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend the hotel. It's clean and well maintained, and the bedroom cleaning is impeccable. Breakfast had a good selection and was very good. The pool area is quiet and relaxing, with complimentary towels, and the gym is well equipped. We had a couple of massages and highly recommend Yanna for her amazing aromatherapy massages. Staff were attentive and helpful, though some of the men spoke limited English. The hotel is on the rowing lake, around 5km outside Plovdiv old town, with a taxi costing about 10-15lev. The location has lovely views, but from any floor the creek is blocked by trees that are too tall. Trimming and shaping them could open up the view at little cost, and visitors keep commenting on this. A couple of practical things could be improved. The sofa bed for our teenagers was incredibly uncomfortable and so squeaky it kept us awake; our children ended up pulling the mattress onto the floor. Those beds need updating. Bike hire was expensive at 80lev for four bikes for four hours, so we didn't cycle around the lake. They could charge less or offer bikes free.
