Spa Complex Fantasy

We arrived Saturday afternoon for the apartment for three that I had reserved on Monday, 04.12.2023, for Saturday, 09.12.2023. At reception they said there was no reservation because they had given the apartment to other people on Thursday evening. We were treated rudely, and nobody helped us find other accommodation. Extremely unprofessional.

The rooms are furnished well, but during our five-day stay nobody greeted us or saw us off, and no one came to clean, take the trash out or leave toilet paper. For a three-star hotel, that lack of attention was disappointing. I’ve never had a hotel vacation like that. Parking in front is another issue, since you have to pay.

The receptionists were kind, and the spa was acceptable, though nothing special. But the apartment price per night absolutely wasn’t worth it. It didn’t meet three-star standards, with dirt on the carpet. We’d asked for two cots to be prepared, but they weren’t, and we nearly had to stretch them out ourselves. Don’t they have children’s bed linen and blankets?

We had a sunny, warm apartment with lovely furnishings and a small terrace, and made the most of the SPA center. The meal at Pizzeria Toscana was delicious too. A great spot to relax and rest, I recommend it. Thank you, we’ll come back in summer to use the pool.
