Hotel Lovech

The rooms were clean, and there was water and some refreshments in the minibar. Beyond that, the hotel feels like a trip back in time. It's very old, with furniture from the 90s, and the whole place, especially the lobby, needs renovation urgently. Breakfast was very poor. The restaurant staff smoked in the kitchen, which didn't seem very safe or healthy. They also didn't speak English, so unless you speak Bulgarian, communicating with them is unlikely.

The location is perfect, and the mattress was great, though the air in the room didn't circulate very well. I've stayed here several times, and this was my best visit so far. The bathrooms have been renovated and look great, but the rooms themselves still feel a little dated. Service was fine. The breakfast buffet fell short of what I expected.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff did everything they could to help. They were excellent and helpful, but the hotel itself feels derelict, as if its glory days are long gone. The beds were narrow and uncomfortable, and there were almost no amenities. Wi-Fi and parking were free, and the location was perfect. Restaurant food was dull, though at breakfast you could ask for almost anything and have it cooked for you.

It was pretty cheap, and the place was quiet with a nice view. The room and bathroom were decent, and things were clean overall. Still, everything seemed very old, with cracks all over the walls and a bad smell in the hallways. The receptionist didn't speak English well, but she was very nice and tried her best. Breakfast was included and okay, nothing fancy.
