A very poor place.

The apartment was dirty, with a lot of moss, and I had to clean it myself. They’d apparently cleaned after the previous guests and stopped there; nobody came in once during our stay. The bathroom tub was broken, the shower hose was too short to hang high enough for a proper shower, and the bathrobes smelled dirty and looked it too. There was a dirty, burnt pan in the oven. I wouldn’t do it again.

It’s a good idea with a pretty poor execution. The place was neglected and didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The bathroom smelled awful, and they’d switched off our water heater. I waited all day for someone to fix it, so I had to bathe the child in almost cold water. The in-room jacuzzi spewed horrible dirt. I reported it and was told they’d call a technician to clean the filters, but nobody came for four days, so we didn’t use it. The shared jacuzzi didn’t inspire confidence either, and we didn’t try it. Black hairs seemed to be everywhere, which really disgusted me. In the green room there were two small wardrobes, both full of blankets, leaving nowhere for our luggage. Everything stayed in suitcases, which made a mess and definitely stressed me out. Communication with the owners was bad, to put it mildly. Nobody would have come to see us if we hadn’t had a problem. We waited 10-15 minutes in a terrible downpour for someone to seat us, and in the end a woman only called to tell us where to go. This isn’t how business is done. We won’t be back.

We were in the yellow apartment on 28.02.2015, and it was terribly dirty and neglected. The boiler hadn’t been turned on, so there was no hot water, even though we’d booked and paid in November. The elevator wasn’t working, so four girls had to carry luggage to the fourth floor. There were only three bathrobes; after we asked for another, it was thrown on the sofa the next day. The jacuzzi was terribly dirty, and I’ll upload photos as proof. The two small trash cans weren’t emptied at all during our stay. There was also a grinding noise from the next room throughout our time in the bedroom, making it very unpleasant and hard to sleep normally. We’re extremely disappointed. I can’t explain the many positive comments about such a neglected, dirty place. We’d never visit again.
