The staff were friendly and helpful, and the outdoor pool is nice, though I'm not convinced it really reaches the advertised 35C. What worries me most is the huge resort going up right next door. Weekends are quiet, but the view is still poor; on weekdays the construction is noisy and busy. Once it's finished, the balconies may be so close you'll be able to talk to the neighbours. Hopefully that's temporary. The hotel itself seems to have been built to a high standard but not kept up: bathrobes and bedding had holes, pool tiles were missing, and the jacuzzi dials were damaged.

Everything was looked after, right down to the details. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. They also changed the towels and bathrobes every day.

The rooms were lovely, clean, and amazing, and the staff were caring and helpful. I hadn't expected them to manage it at the last minute, but they sorted out a gluten-free breakfast after my boyfriend asked. Such a nice surprise. We'd definitely return for a longer stay.

The hosts made our stay really comfortable, and were so polite and gentle with us. Victoria's House is my favorite hotel in Hissariya compared with the others in the region. It's in a lovely, quiet spot with great views. I'd happily visit again and would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the hotel has a lovely outdoor pool at 32°C plus a thermal water jacuzzi at 37°C. The downside is there's no restaurant on site.
