Hotel Arpezos

From the higher floors, you get a full view of the city and mountains. The inside has been renovated quite nicely, even if the building looks old from outside. The staff were very helpful, and the location puts the city parks, restaurants, old town, and more within walking distance.

My room was spotless and very modern. The reception area and interior make a good first impression, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast is included, though I haven't tried it yet. This was my first stay here.

We stayed on the 5th floor, where the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but really tasty. The WiFi up there was very bad. We arrived at 1 a.m. without a booking, and it was hard to communicate in English with reception. She misunderstood that we wanted two rooms, so you should book before arriving.

In Krdzali, I wasn't expecting a hotel this good. Check-in was super fast, the rooms were high quality, and the breakfast was great. The staff were all welcoming and lovely. There's a tobacco shop on the premises that stays open almost 24/7 for small things, as well as a nightclub and a fantastic restaurant connected to the hotel. Highly recommended!
