The landlord was really nice, though he couldn’t speak English at all. I felt bad for him, so I gave three stars instead of two. If you're after a cheap room, this is the place. The apartment was spacious and had a good view, but cleaning would make a huge difference. There were spider webs, dirty kitchen tiles and ceiling plaster coming loose. We left bread and donuts on the kitchen counter, and by morning a whole colony of ants had got into them. The beach isn't very close, and the short route there has too many stairs for my taste. I also didn't find the beds comfortable.

The view is great, and for the apartment's size the price is decent. Still, the place is being allowed to fall into disrepair, and I probably won't return next year. The facilities were clean, but badly maintained. Our apartment may have had one intact window blind, but definitely not two. The old AC looked ready to fall apart, though it worked fairly well. The TV was ancient, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway. Getting to the beach means taking a long staircase or driving a short distance. Watch the big bump in the middle of the parking ramp if your car has low clearance. The parking area is small, so it helps to arrive early.

The apartment was miserable, smelled of mold and had lots of spiders. The online photos aren't current. Wouldn't recommend it.
