My worst hotel experience ever. If you want to waste your time, energy and resources, this is the place. There was barely any staff and nobody at reception. The building and rooms had huge grasshoppers, and we found bed bugs. Some people had severe allergic reactions and left the property. Some apartments had no hot water, the electricity went off several times, and there weren't enough sheets and covers. During our three days, nobody cleaned our room or brought toilet paper. Most rooms didn't have Wi-Fi or phone coverage. It's in the middle of nowhere, 15 minutes by car from the nearest beach and the city center, and right next to the gypsy neighborhood. The pool was disgusting. They told us they'd clean it, but it stayed extremely dirty. They don't use any chlorine there. The building's apartments belong to private owners. One of them was rude, cursed at me, and tried to HIT me. When I told the woman who booked our rooms about all this, she said I was a very negative person and should be thankful I had a roof over my head and should enjoy the hotel's nice environment. We asked for compensation and didn't get any. She became quite hysterical and aggressive. We also couldn't pay by card, only cash, and they gave us no receipts. Apparently, they do it under the table here.

The rooms were nice, but nobody came to clean them during our stay, and the service felt nonexistent. The staff didn't seem to care about guests. The property feels neglected and poorly maintained, and the extremely dirty pool couldn't be used. It was clear that little real effort went into keeping the facilities clean. A very disappointing experience.

The owner was extremely rude, and the rooms were dirty with cheap furnishings. The pool was out of service. The only good thing about the place is the view.

The staff were polite, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The rooms themselves are cozy and comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. There's a lovely pool with a beautiful view, plus a nice kitchen where you can cook for yourself. Parking is easy, so you don't have to hunt for a spot. Open the balcony door and you'll hear lots of birds singing.
