Hotel Eos

We paid the same amount for two rooms, but one was much larger than the other, so be aware of that. The meals included in the packages were honestly awful about 70% of the time. Some kitchen staff then followed us and asked why we weren’t eating there, even though they could see the quality of the food they were serving. Also, the hotel is rated two stars, not three, and Google Maps should show that correctly.

The rooms were tiny and quite different from what was shown on the website. Under the bed was filthy, with dirt and dust that looked like the cleaner had missed it. The balconies were so small it was hard to sit and relax, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The drain clogged whenever we showered. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the extra bed was a little couch pulled out into something like a bed, and the pillows were so hard they hurt my neck. Breakfast was cheap, poor and the same every day. I wouldn’t eat at the hotel, you might get diarrhea from it. Parking was bad, risky because of scratches, difficult to manage, and charged extra for hotel rentals. The owners and welcome service were absolutely bad. I found them rude, two-faced and cheap in their attitude. Staff acted funny when we went out to eat or drink, and we had an extremely unpleasant checkout because the staff were completely incompetent. The earlier reviews are true. It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. If you care about bad quality and unprofessional ownership, don’t stay here. Better quality hotels with real customer service can cost less. I could say more, but I’m not wasting any more time.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but went to its restaurant several times during our visit. The food was fresh, tasty and high quality, and the prices were fairly low. It wasn’t the usual balkantourist kitchen. The staff were calm and friendly.

The location between Kiten’s two beaches was great, and the staff were always positive and helpful. Food was consistently high quality, and the room and meals came at an amazing price. 5/5.
