A beautiful experience. I highly recommend it!

The beachside location is great, and we were happy with our apartment. It had a bedroom with a beach view, a living room-bedroom with a TV, sofa and table, a sea-facing terrace and a toilet. There were a couple of problems: the shower had holes and sprayed from the top, its stand had fallen off the wall, and the mosquito net had a hole. The breakfast spread leaned heavily on eggs, including princess, fried and scrambled eggs, often combined with something else. There were also heaps of fruit, cake and yogurt, plus a coffee machine, juice and water. You can eat at the outdoor tables. Dogs are allowed, and I imagine other creatures would like the place too. Staff responded quickly when something needed fixing. The underground parking only fits 6-7 cars, and there aren't always spaces. If it's full, there's paid parking next door for 20 lv per day. The reception usually opens around 14-15:00. The elevator buttons are numbered one floor down, so button 2 is for floor 1, button 3 for floor 2, and so on. If you arrive early and need to go out, there's a toilet beside the elevator. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and would come back.

The location couldn't be better, right beside the beach, and the food was delicious. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were so friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel overall. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, and see you again!

We travel around the country regularly as a pensioner club from Veliko Tarnovo and have stayed at dozens of hotels and resorts. It's rare to be welcomed and looked after as warmly as we were here. Everyone was kind, smiling and ready to help. The beach is right in front, with clear water, fine sand and no algae. The food was tasty and varied, and served with care. The hotel has been completely renovated, with new mattresses, clean sheets and a well maintained facility. Everything was spotless and the amenities met the standard. As seniors, we have particular requirements, and we were more than satisfied. Thank you from the heart for the care and comfort. We're already dreaming of coming back next summer, and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
