We had a really good vacation here and are sure to come back. The food was tasty, with a good range of dishes for different tastes, and the animation team deserves special thanks. Staff were polite, the hotel was very clean and air conditioned, and towels were changed each day during room cleaning. Bed sheets were changed regularly too. A few small things could be improved, though none spoiled our stay: there are no room safes or pool towels, and it would be better if ice cream started at lunchtime instead of afternoon snack. The pool bar could also stay open an extra hour, until 23.

We especially liked the tasty food, the professional and friendly restaurant staff, and how spotless everything was. The hotel is right by the beach. The reception ladies could be a little more pleasant, but it's a great hotel overall.

The pool below and the closed-down water park next door made for a cool view. We were almost the only Americans there, which is always a treat. It's a solid base for the beach and the surrounding area, with decent buffets and helpful staff.

Good price, and the pool was big and clean, with hardly anyone around. After 3 pm the hotel shade covers the pool, so there's no need for an umbrella. The rooms were clean, and the staff were nice and polite.

The rooms with a view are nice, and the main beach is 150 meters away. The staff were really polite, though when we asked about room service, the answer was vague and negative. The kitchen shuts at 9, and the pool closes at 6, which is too early. Pool water is really cold, and there's only ONE hour of sun during the day, so once you get out of the water you're straight into the shade. The hotel itself is okay.
