Primea Beach Residence

The location is the one good thing here. We checked into the so-called VIP apartment, which looked bizarre and had old furniture. The little kitchen fridge had several broken parts. We asked for a replacement, but they brought another in the same condition, told us to choose between them, and left. There wasn't even a holder for soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and the shower-head holder was broken and patched with a hair band. The internet was very slow, and the air conditioning was only in the living room. The pool was very dirty, and the rooms weren't properly cleaned, though the housekeeping team was polite and did their best. The owner/manager was the worst part. One day I heard him shouting very aggressively from the apartments above; another time I saw him spit from his balcony down below. When we raised concerns, he kept saying nobody else had complained and all the other guests were happy. The restaurant was okay, the food was alright, and the staff were helpful.

The view from the balcony was stunning, though the wooden sheds on the beach spoiled the beautiful outlook. We spent 10 lovely days at Primea Beach Residence and really enjoyed our holiday. The VIP apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Manager Toma is a fine young man, always ready to help, and very nice. The staff were nice and respectful too.

We couldn't rest or sleep because they played extremely loud music in the restaurant until late at night, even when nobody was sitting there and the place was empty.

The pool was clear, the sea view breathtaking, and the food outstanding. A truly amazing place, with a superb location that's great for families with kids. 👌
