There were no positives for us. The hotel also isn't close to Kiten's beaches. The restaurant was miserable. It was in another hotel, even though meals were included in the price, and the hygiene there was very poor. Dirty dishes piled up on a table while people ate beside them, and the supposedly clean dishes weren't really clean either. The food was repetitive and, frankly, dismal. Once things like salami and yellow cheese ran out, they weren't replenished, and only vegetables were left. When we asked why no more food was brought out, we were told that lots of people had suddenly left and they weren't prepared. The restaurant needs a proper inspection, and so does the hotel. The whole hotel, rooms included, was extremely dirty. The only maid just changed the sheets. I won't even get into the bathroom hygiene. After we called and asked her to wash the bathroom and toilet, the toilet rolls left there quickly got completely wet. We spent our first day waiting for towels to be washed, even though towels should have been in the room when we checked in. Air conditioning cost extra, and there was no iron or toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, or soap. At reception, the receptionist greeted us without a mask, and there was no compliance with anti-epidemic measures. The hotel hadn't been disinfected.
