Complex Dobrudja

Our booking was for a quadruple room with four single beds, as shown in the photos. Instead, the hotel gave us two singles and a 130 by 190 cm bed, only 130 cm wide, which my husband and I couldn't both fit on. We paid for four beds, so they should have returned the roughly 20 BGN per day difference or given us the room we booked. They did neither. The breakfast was poor, with low quality food, instant coffee, and milk watered down. When we arrived, the sheets were wet, so I had to ask reception to change them.

The restaurant looks nice, and the nightclub is nice too. The food was very good. The rooms are tiny, like you'd expect from a one star hotel. There's a vending machine at the pool bar, and parking is crowded, though there's a place to park outside. The hotel is split between two buildings, with one across the street.

We arrived around lunchtime and were told our room was ready, but the entrance floor was covered in hair. There were no towels for me or my family, and no extra bed for our little one. Nobody came to clean during the first five days of our stay. When we asked for someone to clean, the staff weren't polite and didn't want to help. I'm very disappointed with the room's condition and the service. Everything was very poor.

The food was really bad, and most of it seemed raw. The pool was dirty too. In the old, small room there were spiders, and the bathroom mirror was dirty. There was just one electrical socket, right in the middle of the room. Only one!
