The manatarka dish is worth trying, and the food and service were good. It’s a cozy, kid-friendly place with a babbling river running beside the pools, and the stay was worth the money. My one complaint is that staff were loud outside my door during afternoon rest hours, and the pool water wasn’t very clean.

For all these 14 years, Bohema, Ognyanovo has been the family place where we return to rest, recharge, and gather back the pieces of body and mind we leave behind along the way. The environment created and enriched by the host family understands our sensitivity for life.

We spent 5 days at Hotel - Spa Bohema, Ognyanovo. It’s a peaceful place in a good location, with a very good base and outdoor pools open 24 hours. Families with children should find it suitable, and the restaurant menu is very good. For breakfast, I’d suggest having muesli and fresh milk available freely. That would give holidaymakers a good start to the day and improve the complex’s rating. Strongly recommend.

We only tried the pools and restaurant, so I can’t comment on the hotel itself. There are three pools at different temperatures, and all were pleasant to swim in despite the chilly weather. The main pool could have been cleaner. The food was good and fairly priced. The riverside setting among lots of trees is lovely. It was quiet and peaceful in late May, though I imagine it gets very busy in summer.
