Tereza's Palace

We’d paid for two nights, but left after the first because it was so cold inside. The house has a vestibule with some sort of electric fireplace that lights up but barely heats the space, unless you stand right beside it. Two rooms had air conditioners, but they hadn’t been switched on before we arrived, and it was colder indoors than outside. The rooms should be warmed before guests come, and the byanya had no heating at all. The place was advertised as having a SPA, but from what I saw, that meant a small pool in the yard. I know it isn’t a 5-star hotel, but being welcomed into cold rooms still spoils the mood. Don’t visit outside summer.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome and all the comforts, from the Jacuzzi and sauna to the air conditioning, tent, and hammock. The hostess also made us a hot homemade breakfast. Such a hospitable family! The Dimitrov family

The young host was so kind, and we really appreciated the help with our laundry and the homemade patties at breakfast. The rooms were clean and stayed cool in the summer heat. It’s a peaceful, quiet place, pets are allowed, and we’d happily come back.

The rooms were clean, and the boy who greeted us was kind. But the house and yard looked unfinished, and it’s at the beginning of the Roma quarter. Breakfast was fried bread with minced meat and two Merci candies, which didn’t match the “varied breakfast” mentioned in other reviews. Fine for sleeping one night, but I wouldn’t choose it for a vacation.
