We asked the ladies and the reception to cancel our stay and refund us. They showed us another room they called “better,” but we weren’t interested. After a long wait for the supervisor to decide, we finally managed to cancel. The room was SO DIRTY. There were cookie crumbs or something on the desk, dust and hair all over the floor, and the bathroom was filthy. The bed was stinky and covered in yellow stains. There was something disgusting on the pillow, which smelled of sweat, so I assume it hadn’t been washed. The walls were moldy. This was by far the most awful hotel experience ever. I don’t recommend it to anyone. It’s not hygienic.

The cigarette smell stayed in my room the whole time, even though I tried airing it out and using air freshener. It made the stay uncomfortable and could pose health risks. I’d recommend that the hotel take steps to address the problem.

The breakfast was great, and the price is low. The WiFi can be difficult to connect to, though, and the food is not too good. At the restaurant, the guy is a madman. You can’t order because the menu is in Bulgarian or German, and he doesn’t understand German. The rooms feel old, and everything about them makes them uncomfortable for a westerner.

For the good price and location, this is a cheap hotel with a place to park. But the rooms were cold, the furniture was old, and the bed wasn’t very good. Breakfast was included in the price, but they didn’t provide it because it was January 1st. The hotel definitely needs renovation.

The room was clean, the prices were good, and breakfast was acceptable. The hotel is near the highway. Outside, though, local roosters were competing from 5:00 AM, and they were still fighting at 9:00 AM.
