We enjoyed our stay and came home feeling recharged, helped along by the fabulous weather. We visited in the first week of June, before the official summer season started in the second week, so many local shops and restaurants were closed. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, and the water pressure was very good, though the towels were thin and scratchy. The beach view from the pool terrace is gorgeous, and there’s direct access to the beach. The pool itself is small, and seagulls often drink and bathe in it. Staff don’t speak much English, and the breakfast choice was poor, with hot food arriving cold. When we raised it, staff said we could reheat it in the microwave. The bar staff spoke better English and were very helpful.

The location is good, but the atmosphere isn’t really there. Prices are medium to high for Nessebar, while the food quality compared with nearby places was very disappointing. The menu doesn’t offer anything different or especially well prepared. The waiter was distant, just handing us the dishes without saying a word. Not the best experience.

We only arrived yesterday, but so far things are fine and we’ve had no issues. It’s basic and clean, with some odd bathroom tile colours that don’t really matter. People mention breakfast; it was okay, though expectations about breakfast are pretty subjective.

The location is brilliant, right on a spotless beach. From there it’s an easy stroll along the promenade and causeway to Old Nessebar. The rooms are generously sized, with a fridge, AC, TV, balcony, and a large shower area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants practically next door.

We stayed for a week and the hotel was spotless, with more than enough breakfast choices. Our room was on the side of the hotel, with sea views and a very large balcony. The sandy beach is right there, and lifts take you down to beach level. The staff were great, especially at the bar. Toto was very informative, and his colleague at the beach bar gave good service and remembered our orders. We’d definitely come back.
