There were problems right from arrival. We showed up an hour after the recommended check-in time, but the person outside didn’t even know we were staying there and told us to wait a few hours for another room. We’d booked a double bed, but it had a single-bed duvet and there were no alternatives. The mattress was rock hard, badly ripped and uncomfortable, and the sheet didn’t even cover it properly. There was a blood stain on the sheet, too. The toilet made a deafening squeal when flushed, its handle was hanging off, and the TV didn’t work. The air conditioner wouldn’t blow warm air, so we couldn’t get comfortable with that single duvet. If you’re driving, the hotel is at the bottom of an incredibly steep hill. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Almost all the apartments have stunning sea views, since the complex is right on the beachfront. It’s in a great spot in Nesebar, and I highly recommend it for a vacation in Bulgaria.

The restaurant and beach bar were lovely, and the location and apartments were great. We had a small issue at the start of our stay, but Manager Jana sorted it out very quickly and professionally. We’ll definitely visit again. Highly recommended 🔝🔝🔝

The beds are like rocks, and the rooms are absolutely filthy and gross. There’s literally nobody looking after the hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it’s a complete dump 🤮😡😡
