Clean rooms with a minibar, and it’s in a good location. The owner is friendly and great. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting and would stay again.

The service is what earns this place five stars for me. Krasi, the host, is the nicest, most well-mannered man I’ve met, and gives you attentive, personal care. I was beyond satisfied with my stay. The hotel is so cozy, with warm rooms in winter, a comfortable sauna, a lovely bathtub in the room and a huge, soft bed. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful.

Chris is a charming host who does everything he can to make you comfortable, and even serves breakfast himself. The breakfast had lots of options and was very complete. There’s also a really good pool and bar. We spent 3 nights in an apartment across from the hotel, not in the hotel itself. It was really nice, with a bath, which isn’t common in Bulgaria, plus A/C, minibar and smart TV. Totally recommended!

The owner, Mr.Chris, really makes you feel welcome. He’s the perfect host, always smiling, positive, and trying to meet guests’ needs. The hotel is comfortable, clean and cozy, and well located near the old town. Breakfast is varied and tasty, and the pool is wonderful. I strongly recommend it for an enjoyable holiday!

There are just two things I felt the room was missing: an armchair or sofa, and a shelf in the bathroom for putting things on. I mentioned both to Chris the owner. Otherwise, it’s a lovely, quiet, peaceful and relaxing place with very nice people. It was a great stay, and cheaper than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Small, family run hotels are much better than those with queues of 100 for breakfast and horrible wrist bands. Keep up the good work, Chris and Wife and staff. I’LL BE BACK.
