Paradiso Dreams

Breakfast was good, though the coffee machines were out of order most of the time. We had a great stay overall: the rooms were nice, the location was amazing, the staff were friendly, and they cleaned every day. The pool wasn’t heated, but in the hot weather that wasn’t a major problem. The shower tap was very sensitive and could use renovation, and it would be nice if the rooms had smart TVs.

I was disappointed, especially after having such high hopes. The room had an odd smell that we couldn’t work out, and it wasn’t cleaned, so we ended up doing it ourselves. It was also quite small, with poor pillows and sheets. The pool has a nice view, and the hotel is near the new town of Nesebar, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were slow and seemed confused, and the small bathroom didn’t help. I couldn’t sleep because the beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows. There weren’t any bedside lamps, and the old air conditioner didn’t work. I would never come back.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with excellent food and lots of variety. The view was stunning, and there were plenty of parking spots, either paid indoors or free outdoors. The staff were kind, and almost everyone spoke enough English to communicate well.
