Casablanca Hotel - All Inclusive

There were a few bright spots: the bar was decent, the cocktails were good, the pool and view were nice, and the animation team did their best. That’s about all I can praise. The room was a mess, with old beds, holes, sagging mattresses, filthy carpet, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. The food was a joke too. The so-called menu had almost no variety, and the “snack bar” served only pizza. The whole place felt run-down and neglected. Waiters seemed bored and like they hated their jobs, while reception staff were outright rude and aggressive. A deplorable stay from beginning to end. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

My child was so happy there, and the whole family was very pleased with the food. There was plenty of it and the quality was good. The room felt welcoming and bright, with a wonderful view. Service was spot on, and everyone was kind and smiling. A wonderful hotel, and I’ll go back. Thank you.

The pool area was a real pleasure, and the pool staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The animation team also did a fantastic job, creating a lively feel and putting on a variety of fun evening programs. The beach is clean and relaxing once you get there, though it takes a 5-10-minute walk to reach it. The hotel looks lovely from the outside and makes a great first impression, but the rooms need updating. The bedroom air conditioning was extremely noisy at night, even when switched off. Food was decent but short on variety, and having exactly the same breakfast every morning got repetitive. The restaurant staff worked hard, and the kitchen team were polite. I had a couple of disappointing interactions with the restaurant and reception managers, who came across as quite rude. Iskra at reception stood out in a much better way. Whatever issue came up, she handled it professionally and with a warm smile. It’s affordable, and you get what you pay for. This definitely isn’t a 4-star hotel, though the hotel knows that. We still enjoyed our stay, and there’s potential here, but several things need improving. The management team could use more training in customer service and hospitality, and better leadership and attention to guest feedback could help the place shine.

The food is really delicious, and the management does a very good job with service and activities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I especially like that there are things for kids to do both indoors and outdoors. The pool is a good size, and the hotel has its own sunbeds at the beach, with a direct route there. Honestly, it’s one of the best places to visit in Obzor, maybe on the Bulgarian seaside. I definitely recommend it.
