Guest House Ioanna

The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, the center, and sights. I love this house. The service is perfect and discreet, and the owners look after their guests' comfort. They even offer transportation before and after your stay. Everything is very clean, and the staff are kind and courteous.

We had a great room for our family of three, and they parked our car for us. The hosts are friendly, and the location is perfect. Free child care is a huge plus, and our daughter's bed was already prepared. There’s also a yard with tables and a grill if you decide to have dinner at home instead of going to a restaurant. I recommend it, and we’ll definitely visit again!

We were very impressed with Kristal guest house and the people behind it during our short two-night stay with my parents. When we arrived on 06.09, a lovely girl welcomed us warmly at the small but cozy reception. We met the managers later and found them to be a very close-knit, friendly family. The rooms were much larger than we expected, especially for the cleanliness and low price, which are unusual on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The next day was my father's birthday, and we celebrated at the barbecue. The managers came over to congratulate him and then briefly joined our celebration. We’re sincerely grateful for that. I highly recommend the guest house, and we’ll definitely return next year!

The apartments are wonderfully equipped, and the air conditioners start up very quickly. Rooms are cleaned regularly, with cleanliness up to standard, and sheets and towels are changed on the third day. It’s a quiet street close to the center, with many restaurants nearby and the beach not far away. Some rooms have a partial sea view. The hosts are kind and provided us with parking spaces. There’s also a wonderful yard with a gazebo where you can barbecue with friends. Overall, it’s above the level of most 3-star hotels. I recommend it!
