Set into a mountainside in the Bulgarian countryside, this charming place felt like a real oasis. A mountain stream runs through the property, and the rooms are lovely. The food and service were excellent, and the stay was reasonably priced. A great way to experience Bulgaria.

It’s peaceful here, surrounded by nature, and the hotel feels cosy. The food is good and the staff are friendly. The young waiter is a super cool guy. Our room was clean, though the floor could use a better vacuuming.

Our family room was spacious and a comfortable place to unwind after days full of activities. There was lots for the kids and us to enjoy, including the pool and spa area, table tennis, and a little waterfall. My kids loved it, and so did I. The meals were fresh, tasty, and had something for everyone. The hotel is tucked into beautiful natural surroundings. Dana, the manager, gave us a warm welcome and was friendly and easygoing. Her excellent English made everything feel simple and comfortable. Thanks to Dana and all the staff for making our time there so special. It was an unforgettable stay, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a peaceful getaway. People from all over should discover this little slice of paradise!

The location is fine and the restaurant is good, but the rooms seemed suitable only for an hour with a girl. They clearly don’t care about hotel guests: the music stays loud until 23:00, and they even put speakers on the apartment balcony.

Waking up to good coffee, birdsong and lovely views was a treat. There are plenty of spots to relax, and the restaurant serves fresh, tasty food. They even make their own ice cream. The rooftop jacuzzi was great fun, and the kids loved the really good playground. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our room had a kettle and fridge. It felt like a magical forest fairytale, and the place was worth it. We had a great holiday, though two nights wasn’t nearly enough. We’ll definitely be back for longer.
