The owner meets you at the entrance, so call ahead to arrange when you'll arrive. He speaks Russian well and explains everything in detail. We stayed two days and were very pleased. The apartment is on the seventh floor of a new building, with good finishing and a simple setup. It has what you need for a comfortable stay: microwave, electric stovetop, oven, fridge, iron, a full set of dishes, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer with proper fittings. There’s air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen. The large kitchen has two sofas. There’s a separate bathroom and a decent-sized bathtub with a shower, although there’s no bathtub. A large Lidl supermarket is very close, and the old town isn’t far.

A cozy, very nice apartment with everything you need for your stay. If possible, I’d be glad to stay there again on my next trip to Plovdiv.
