The room was spacious and spotless, and the location is fantastic. We asked about checking in early and getting a parking space. The staff explained beforehand that both depended on availability, then were very helpful when we arrived. Our room was ready, and we were lucky enough to get parking.

Kamen was such a helpful, sociable host. Thank you, Kamen! ❤️ PLOVEdiv is a cosy little hotel with a great central spot for getting to places in Kapana quickly. Absolute treasure. Perfect location, but forget about parking.

The front desk shuts from 10 PM until 8 AM, and they make that clear. They even emailed me about check-in times and were really helpful about it. The rooms are good, the staff are extremely friendly, and the location is hard to beat. I was really happy with my stay and will definitely come back.

I've stayed here before and would happily come again. The rooms are quiet despite being right in the heart of Plovdiv- Kapana, and I like how clean everything is, the spacious bathrooms, and the friendly staff. A perfect place in a perfect location, and a nice change from corporate hotel chains.

It's easy to get around town from this very central hotel. Reception were friendly and quick to sort out a room problem, and they were happy to give directions too. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean and tidy, with good maid service every day. I'd recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.
