The location is excellent, though there’s no lift to the upper floors. The accommodation itself is extremely basic, with just one bathroom and shower, so you may have to wait if the place is full. When I visited in March, the rooms were cold, and using a heater cost extra. The bed sheets were very thin and didn’t keep much warmth.

The room was big, with a comfortable double bed, a TV and a large balcony looking out over the high street. At 25 lev for a single room, it was fine for one night. The house is old and up on the fourth floor, so expect steep stairs and no lift. The place is a bit run-down and not very clean, though it could have been worse.

The location in central Plovdiv is hard to beat, with plenty of sights and shops nearby. The price is affordable and there's a bed to sleep in, though the rooms aren't very nice. Getting to the fourth floor can be a hassle with luggage, since there isn't a lift.

No personal space, and neither the rooms nor the bathroom were hygienic. The manager was drunk. Awful rooms, I really don't recommend this place.
