We had a horrible experience and lost both time and money. We booked through the website and got a confirmation, but when we arrived, they said there was a problem and our room wasn't available. The only alternative they offered cost much more, so we took our things and left. I wouldn't trust these people. I'd strongly recommend finding somewhere else.
The staff attitude and service could use some improvement. Quite a few things were missing that would have made the stay more comfortable, like pool towels, bath products, and a cozier feel in the rooms. Cocktails at the bar would have been welcome too.
I called because it was my mother's birthday and wanted to ask if they could do anything special. The person who answered told me to f off, then hung up. As part of Europe, I expected a bit more patience.
A nice place with a good atmosphere, though the waiter could change his attitude a bit. Prices also seemed a little high for the area.
So calm and relaxing. Really wonderful!
