The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a really pleasant stay. The only thing we missed was a kitchen table to sit at, though there was a lounge table. When we first arrived, our rooms weren’t ready, but they let us leave our luggage and gave us a quick introduction to the city. Later, our room was ready, they’d carried one of our cases upstairs, and we’d been upgraded for free. We were grateful not to have to climb several floors.

The hotel is simple but really cozy, and there’s a nice third-floor terrace looking toward the mosque. It’s close to the stadium, and reception is open until 6pm. They parked our car, helped with our luggage, and checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. Seems like a great choice.

It’s literally a few seconds from the Ancient Stadium of Philipopolis, in the centre of Plovdiv. The location, service, and rooms were all amazing, and it’s well priced compared with other guest houses. The room had a fridge, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a wardrobe. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Plovdiv.
