We felt really well looked after during our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Plovdiv Center. The reception team were exceptionally friendly and helpful, sorting out every small request or issue almost straight away. We’ve stayed in hotels in several countries over the past few months, and haven’t had this level of care elsewhere. Thanks especially to Angel, the restaurant manager, who helped arrange our booking and made sure everything was in place. The waitresses were attentive and kind too. Our room was spotless, modern, beautiful, and comfortable, so we relaxed as soon as we arrived. We also loved the spa, especially our couple’s massage, and the wellness area is a lovely place to unwind. The Valentine’s menu at the restaurant was amazing. It was a really lovely stay, and I can highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing city break, with its wellness and spa facilities, restaurant, and friendly, professional staff.

The rooms and location are great, the breakfast is really good, and the staff are very friendly. They even greet you with a freshly baked cookie. My only reason for rating it 4 out of 5 is that they allow a scam Euronet ATM at the entrance. Otherwise, an amazing hotel with amazing quality.

Everyone at this Double Tree was so nice, and we had the best experience. The room was clean and modern. Elena at the front desk and our concierge were both super helpful, and Olga gave us an amazing massage, the best I’ve had in Bulgaria. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms and facilities felt comfortable. The location is really nice, and breakfast was great too. My only gripes were the extra parking charge, which felt unwarranted at this price, and the standard Wi-Fi, which wasn't enough for work. Faster Wi-Fi costs extra.

The rooms and suites are spacious and nice, but breakfast and service were just average. We had two bookings for two nights and asked several times to stay in one room, but the hotel couldn't arrange it. We had to check out in the morning and check in again that afternoon, which was very inconvenient. Check-in and checkout could also mean a long wait, sometimes up to an hour when bus groups of as many as 50 people arrive. Even as Hilton Honors Diamond members, we had to queue. The hotel should organize those arrivals differently.
