The room was spacious, bright, white, and full of light, with a standard that went well beyond what we expected. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff kept checking whether we needed anything, which made us feel genuinely cared for. We arrived on Friday, December 26, and the owners and staff welcomed us warmly. Our English is limited, but they helped us with everything and made us comfortable. I definitely recommend the hotel. Endless thanks to the whole team!

The owner and staff are very responsive, and the hotel itself is quite nice. It’s very clean, with a lovely design and lots of attention to detail, especially in the lighting. Kapana is only a 15-minute walk away. I’d definitely visit again.

Late arrival and self-check-in were easy thanks to instructions that were extremely clear and precise, unlike some other places we’ve stayed. The hotel is right in the city centre, stylishly furnished, exceptionally clean, and equipped with every comfort. The staff are kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Guest parking is available in a nearby lot with continuous video surveillance. Congratulations and many thanks to the owner, Mr Hristo Gyulev!

We stayed with our small dog and had absolutely no issues, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with simple but tasteful décor, and the location couldn’t be better since everything is within easy reach. We’d love to come back! 🐾

Even during a very cold part of winter, everything was great. The hotel and rooms were so clean, in keeping with its official white colour. Hristo at the front desk was polite and helped us a lot with instructions and exploring the city.
