We arrived at 2:30 PM with a reservation, but the room still hadn't been cleaned. The staff were unfriendly and seemed to be looking for someone to blame while on the phone. The whole thing was a complete disaster. DO NOT BOOK A STAY THERE.

Spotlessly clean, with very attentive and responsive staff. The room had all the amenities needed for a short stay.
