The host was easy to reach and glad to help whenever we needed something. We had a lovely September stay at Tomovi Home, a spacious, beautifully presented place close to the city’s cafes, restaurants, and park.

The hosts were really kind and quick to respond, and the apartment had all the little things that made it feel like home: quality toiletries, slippers, a hair dryer, coffee pods, and even detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. It’s a quiet, nicely decorated place, with comfortable beds, in a renovated old house right in the center. Restaurants, the Ancient Theatre, and museums are all an easy walk away. A perfect place to stay in Plovdiv.

We spent a lovely time in the garden, having breakfast and sitting outside in the evening. It was nice to see the hosts feeding the birds, too. This was our first visit to Plovdiv, and they made arriving much easier: they met us on the street during the road reconstruction, helped with our luggage, and even left us some delicious cake. Wonderful hosts and accommodation.

The interior is so distinctive and cozy that we found ourselves less eager to head out and see the town. We loved everything about the guesthouse, and the host made us feel very welcome. We’d happily return :)
