The rooms are nice, the staff are pleasant, and the internet is strong. It's very close to the beach, with a pretty nice view, and not far from the center of pomorie. The bathroom smells now and then, but pouring some water into the sink makes it go away. The owner speaks russian and bulgarian, and her son speaks english.

I had one of my worst experiences here and felt scammed. The listing photos didn't match the actual booking, there was no proper kitchen, and they provided no soap or other basics. Service was bad. After I cancelled, the owner's behavior was very rude, and she charged me double falsely and didn't return my money.

I stayed here last year after getting a discount through Booking.com. They tried to refuse me an upgrade, and there was also trouble when it came to paying cash. At first they rounded the price up significantly, which worked against me. Even the triple room only earned a 2 out of 5. The owners were a bit rude.

It's a small family hotel about 100 meters from the beach. They clean the rooms every 3-4 days, and the soundproofing is poor enough that you can hear the neighbors.

Our hostess Steph was friendly and explained the beach, shopping, and exchange offices. The market is 80 meters away, and the beach is even closer. We stayed on the third floor in room 33. It was a two-room apartment: one room had a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, and balcony; the other had two single beds and a terrace. There was also a kettle, refrigerator, and electric stove. I'd recommend it to anyone going to the sea to relax and sunbathe. Thank you, Steph.
