The first-floor apartments in those 'sails' have their own entrance straight onto the lawn. From there, the beach is only 15 metres away. If you’re lucky enough to get one, it makes for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

We love this place and come back regularly. The complex is great for a holiday, especially with small children, since the sea and pools are so close. We come every summer for the sea and the quiet beach, and hope the small stretch of beach that remains will be preserved. Years ago, this was the "Europe" campsite, perhaps the biggest on the Bulgarian coast, visited by tourists from many countries. The beach was spacious then, and the sea was clean and clear. Now the area has been built up, leaving only a very small part of the beach right in front of the "White Sails" complex. Renting a two-room apartment is getting more and more expensive, beyond what an ordinary Bulgarian family can afford. Some basic things are missing too, like somewhere to eat, daily cleaning, and trash cans. I’m not fussy or demanding, but there should be a reason for the rising prices.
