Perla Sun Park Hotel

We had a room with two double beds in two separate smaller rooms. Check-in was delayed while staff fixed a wall socket. There were no towels, and when we asked, we were told they had none and would try to find some for the next day. The cleanliness was below what we’d had at other four-star hotels, but we decided to give it a chance. Then staff burst into our room at 9 in the morning while we were asleep. When the bedding was changed, it had stains, and one supposedly clean towel had a dirty shoe print. We used the spa robes for the rest of the stay to avoid the towels. One shower worked okay. The other was directly connected to the sink’s water outlet, so we had to switch it every time we wanted to use the sink. Both bathrooms smelled of sewage from the drains. The booking said there would be AC, but it was only in one of the rooms. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. This wasn’t worth the money, and the hotel’s four stars should be reviewed. Don’t stay here if clean bedding and towels matter to you. A waste of money.

It’s midnight, the shower head is cut, and there’s nobody at reception to help. I tried calling, but the phone wasn’t connected. Apparently nobody had cleaned the room well enough to notice the problem. The toilet brush was an issue too. There were no cups, bottled water, or kettle, and the hotel is right beside a nightclub that blasts music until 3 a.m. This place is one star at best, not four.

We were there for four nights, and the same food was served every morning. One day we had no water for almost the whole day. The pool area is so small that arriving at 11 meant there was nowhere to sit. The rooms are tiny, the kids’ zone never worked, and the pool toilets were disgusting. Service was awful. Our room cards didn’t work properly, the room phone was broken, and the rooms were dirty. They changed the towels and fixed our room only once. There were no beach or pool towels and no glasses in the room. We tried to speak with the manager (UPRAVITEL), but that lady always seemed to be away and wasn’t there to help customers. The price definitely doesn’t match the four-star rating. The worst hotel ever.

My room smelled like a sewer, and the hotel is the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in. I got food poisoning from the breakfast. It’s too old and needs renovation. I think it deserves a -1 rating.
